What’s covered in the Fahren Guarantee
At Fahren we take pride in building products that are meant to last and offer the best performance. If a Fahren product is used in the way it is intended, and it breaks down within the guarantee period, we take full responsibility to replace or repair it.
Parts
We will cover most spare parts for the same length of time as your warranty.
Repair
Our products are built to a high standard and to last. However, if something goes wrong with your product, we’ll arrange to collect it from you for repairs, free of charge.
Replace
All our repairs use genuine Fahren parts. If we can’t repair your product, we’ll send you a replacement.
Transfer
If you need to leave your boiling water tap behind for a new owner, you can transfer the guarantee to someone else. Please email us the relevant information.
